veggies for MEATY kids...
in this u r going to attract anyone who prefer meat over veggies...u can use any veggies with chicken.u get similar taste of chicken for all veggies!!!!! WORKS FOR MY SON...try ur luck.
carrot,zuchini,capsicum,cabbage,brocolli,beans(sliced)..fresh or frozen -1 kilo(cut in long thin pieces)
boneless chicken -half kilo(slice to thin long pieces)
soya sauce -3 table spoon
corflour 1tsp mixed with cup of water
salt -check before adding (soya sauce is salty)
ginger&garlic paste -1tsp
onion -3 sliced
oil-1table spoon
how to cook
saute sliced onions,add chicken strips,let it cook for 2mts,add soya sauce ,add all veggies and saute for 3-4 minutes,add ginger &garlic paste ,cover and cook in slow fire for another 3-4 minutes,when it is cooked check for salt ...add if needed,add corn flour with water and make a gravy,mix and let it boil again..garnish with chopped cilantro(not a must)
NB: this is for kids ,but if u want to make spicy add green chilly or pepper or chilly powder

scrambled egg breakfast...remember microwaved!!!!!!

mix altogether ...never beat ...do a soft whisk with a fork from bottom to top of the bowl few times ...and microwave for 2 minutes .whisk in between till its properly cooked...enjoy the breakfast.....
